These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the dt99 platform and all associated services. By registering an account on dt99, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted and agreed to these Terms.

2.2 Account Verification

dt99 may request identity verification to ensure security and fair play. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in account restrictions.

2.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be provided before closure, however active bonuses may be forfeited.

3.1 Deposits

dt99 currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly after completion.

Deposits must be sent from your own mobile banking account. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. dt99 generally processes successfully verified withdrawal requests within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be completed to the registered mobile banking account.

• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

4.1 Welcome Bonus

dt99 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times), applied only to the bonus amount — not the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Placing bets on restricted games or using low-risk strategies may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of issue — if requirements are not met within this period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, applying automated betting software, or engaging in any form of manipulation may result in dt99 cancelling the bonus and permanently closing the account.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on dt99 — casino games, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting — are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are free from bias.
